Intern in Chicago
- Work 20 hours each week in a paid internship ($25-45/hour)
- Make connections for future job opportunities.
- Meet Chicago’s tech leaders. See the list of current, upcoming, and previous companies who have offered internships.
Learn in Chicago
- Take courses in-person and online in Chicago.
- Learn from The Grainger College of Engineering faculty in small class sizes.
- Participate in 200-400 level CS, ECE and TE courses.
Live in Chicago
- Live with classmates in UIC single student residence housing or on your own
- Access UIC student services for health, recreation facilities and libraries.
- Navigate the city with a CTA U-PASS (optional purchase).
- Experience the diverse City of Chicago with easy access to museums, parks, events, programs, sporting events and food.
Through my internship, I’ve made connections and worked with technologies I would not have in the classroom – from full stack development to simulated trading strategies. The city life is an added bonus.
