City Scholars is open to undergraduate students with at least junior credit standing majoring in:
- Computer science
- CS + X
- Computer engineering
- Electrical engineering

- Dates: Jan. 19, 2027 - May 5, 2027
Deadlines
- Application Deadline is Sep. 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
- Accepted candidates may withdraw before rankings are submitted on Nov. 8, 2026.
Application
- Current Resume — Shared directly with employers upon acceptance. Submit your best, most up-to-date version.
- Statement of Interest in the City Scholars Program (200 word limit)
- Applications are submitted online and the link will be posted on this website when the application is live.
Eligibility
- 3.2/4.0 GPA recommended
- Junior or senior standing
- CS and CS+X students should complete CS 233 or CS 340. If enrolled in a required course, you are eligible to apply.
- EE students should complete ECE 210. If enrolled in a required course, you are eligible to apply.
- CompE students should complete CS 225. If enrolled in a required course, you are eligible to apply.
